I recently stayed at An Lam Retreats on a city escape and it was the perfect getaway. The staff were amazing, making our stay special and taking care of us. The location is ideal, just a quick and joyful boat ride away. The riverside pool villa we booked was spacious and comfortable, with a gorgeous pool and seating by the river. The property is luxurious yet low-key, and the room service and breakfast were great. I can't wait to go back for my birthday!

Exquisite Riverside Setting: Nestled along the Saigon River, this retreat boasts lush gardens and a tranquil river, creating a haven-like hideaway that's a perfect backdrop for your meetings and events. It's like being in your own private oasis in the city.

Limited Poolside Space: The poolside area at the retreat only has 8 beds, so finding a spot by the pool can sometimes be a challenge.

The breakfast was included and it was really good. I also enjoyed the shuttle service provided by the hotel, it saved us a lot of time during our city trip. The rooms were quite cozy, and the staff was friendly.

The location was a bit far from the main city attractions, which made it harder for us to explore the city. the noise from the construction work near our room was very disturbing and it went on for the entire duration of our stay.

Personal butler service, large family room with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, extensive breakfast menu, complimentary speedboat rides to and from the city.

Our stay at this retreat was such a unique experience. The resort is situated on the Saigon river and offers a tranquil and green setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Our villa was spacious and well-appointed, with a private pool and a stunning view of the river. The buffet breakfast every morning was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed the spa treatments and the shuttle boat service that takes you to district 1.

That the shuttle boat service was limited, making it difficult to explore the city at night.

An absolute 5-star experience. Magnificent private pool villa, perfect staff, exceptional facilities, stunning location, and delightful ambience. The attentiveness of the staff made us feel like VIPs. Stylish room, beautiful grounds, excellent food, and a riverside restaurant. The speedboat into town was an awesome touch.

Supremely luxurious retreat by the river with attentive staff, magnificent suites, and comfortable beds. Quiet pool area, EXCELLENT breakfasts, and reasonable food in the restaurant. Wonderful personal butler who arranged a cake for our son's birthday. The speedboat trip to the city is a recommended experience, especially after dark.

Spending Christmas at this resort was a dream come true! The location was absolutely stunning, with lush gardens and a peaceful river nearby. We loved taking the speedboat into town to explore, it was a quick and easy ride. But what really stood out to us was the exceptional service. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. And the meals were absolutely delicious, we were blown away by the variety and quality of the food.

Honestly, we had a hard time finding anything to dislike about our stay. If we had to nitpick, we did notice that some of the furniture and fixtures in our room were a bit dated.

Lovely Oasis: Stayed at a beautiful oasis just a short boat ride away from the city. The restaurant had delicious and affordable food, especially loved the chicken cesear salad. The staff, including the manager, were friendly and attentive. Our butler went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even accommodating a late check-out.

A peaceful retreat: While the personalized service was prompt and professional, the room and private pool could use more maintenance and cleanliness. Some attention to detail in terms of furnishing and decor would greatly improve the overall experience.

Convenient 30-min boat ride from downtown, charming atmosphere, delicious breakfast, varied food options, spacious well-decorated rooms. Great staff, easy reach from city by complimentary hotel boat. Luxurious retreat by the river, attentive staff, huge suites with comfy beds, pool area enjoyable and quiet. Ideal to relax after city visit, good massages at spa, great staff.

Such a shame they didn't have a gold-plated toilet seat, it would have completed my luxurious experience.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for a peaceful getaway, with breathtaking views of the river and surrounding nature.- One of the best aspects of our stay was the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant, which exceeded our expectations.

The overall appearance looked tired and in need of renovation, particularly in the restaurant and some of the rooms. We found it quite off-putting that there were many cats and kittens roaming around, especially while we were trying to enjoy our meals.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel located outside of the city center. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated with exclusive amenities. The indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Spa center were all fantastic features. The staff was polite and provided excellent service, anticipating my every need. The outdoor pool was a highlight, perfect to relax and sunbathe. The breakfast was wonderful, offering a variety of delicious options.

The only minor issue was the lack of nearby restaurants within walking distance. However, the hotel's own restaurant provided tasty meals with both in-room and outdoor dining options.
